Trauma is NOT in the event. Trauma is STRESS energy. Trauma is in your nervous system response to an event.

This is how two people can experience the same exact situation, let’s say a car accident, and one will experience trauma while the other will not.

It all comes down to your nervous system response and aftercare.

👉( ALSO — trauma is not only BIG T events, trauma is dysregulated stress energy. If you are experiencing micro stressors every day and do not regulate your nervous system that will create a trauma response in your body. )

Your nervous system impacts EVERYTHING. Your brain, your endocrine system, your immune system, your digestive system, your cells — everything!

If you do not start at this foundational level on your growth journey then you will most likely experience difficulty with lasting, sustainable change.
