2 Questions to Cultivate Self-Trust

The past two weeks I went into overdrive. My schedule was at max capacity with clients, dates, and all things in-between.

My joy about everything was slowly transforming into overwhelm. I was truly excited about all of the commitments AND my body and heart were screaming SLOW. THE. FUCK. DOWN. Pause. Reschedule. It will be okay.

But I didn’t listen.

And naturally..2 days ago I woke up feeling sick.

I actually started laughing while feeling physically awful and mentally frustrated.

Slow down or be forced to slow down. The cosmic joke continues, hah!

With this so present for me I know it is for some of you too.

So..I invite you to pause- right now- and contemplate. Yep! again — incase you didn’t do it the first time.. ; )

✨What are my body + heart telling me that I’ve ignoring?

✨How can I listen and act upon that insight, today?

It doesn’t matter how quiet the whisper is, (although it’s probably pretty loud, obvious and more of a scream..),

all that matters is that you begin taking action in support of your Truth.

Today.

Not tomorrow + not later this week bc you don’t know or it’s inconvenient.

From THIS place you CULTIVATE inner trust, love and joy.

Maybe not instantly, but with practice and patience.

It’s a relationship you must choose to nurture, moment to moment, breath by breath.
